Since Michael and Elizabeth came to help me with my garden a year ago my pleasure in it has returned!
The winter work of clearing the ground ,cutting and pruning trees and shrubs, mulching and planting bulbs was all done in time.
(Without the usual panic ,"Too late! Too late ! ") In the summer perennials were chosen, staked ,divided and planted and many
long term plans made. The overgrown green jungle, after the rains, is being reduced and tidied now and next years planning begun.
I had begun to lose heart finding digging and bending getting difficult but now I can trust these to Grange Gardeners, to my joy I am
doing more myself as well.
My garden is small and my share of the gardeners is a couple of hours a week but the difference to me is priceless.!

Mike and Liz have been helping us in our large garden for nearly a year now. We usually give them the big jobs such as cutting long hedges,
larger-scale pruning and clearing up the resulting piles ready for the bonfire. They have also done some planting (very thorough), tidying
long grass from around trees/shrubs and extracting goose grass.
They always get going with enthusiasm and energy and complete even heaviest jobs amazingly fast and well. They follow directions cheerfully
and are happy to work alongside us or alone. They are interested in the plants, always enquiring about any unfamiliar ones. They have adapted
to our 'naturalistic' style, understand there are different styles of gardening and will do what you want. They have most of the necessary
tools and are careful with anything they borrow.
We recommend them as pleasant, thoroughly reliable and competent workers who will do what you want and as you want it done and their rates
seem reasonable for the quality of work.

Liz and Michael Thornborough have been working on our garden for nearly a year now. They have listened to what we want to achieve and
offered constructive advice. They have great vision and have been busy moving plants around the beds to achieve our desired effects.
